Samuel Ford (Burslem) "Malvern" dinner set

Fabolous 1912 - 1930 dinner set "Marvel" of Samuel Ford & Co (Burslem).
Decorated the blue floral decor.
Very rare and absolutley beautiful would fit the spirits of any table.

Samuel Ford had been in business at the Lincoln Pottery with William Thomas Hulme Smith 1898. The business continued to March 1939 when a Winding Up Order was made and the company ceased production.
 
In fabulous condition although some gilt wearing to edges.
 
Pieces bought from BBCH have had a previous life, therefore may show signs of wear consistent with use and age.
